FEATURES
It is used in lubrication circuits performing nozzle spraying in the metal industry. It has a high alkaline structure; it is a powder material. It is effective in cleaning all kinds of metal materials, especially iron and steel, before surface treatment. It is also used safely for cleaning aluminum and yellow materials. It does not cause damage or tarnish on the aluminum surface.

THE FOAM IS CONTROLLED
It does not foam at temperatures of 50 ^oC and above. There are no problems due to foam in the machine where it is used.

USAGE RATE AND WORKING CONDITIONS
For a 1000-liter bath, 50 kg of CS 104 is added by melting at a temperature of 40-50ºC. Before the system is started, it should be checked that the appropriate temperature is provided and whether the powdered product is completely mixed with water.

Temperature : 70 – 90 oC
Processing Time : 5 – 20 minutes
