"PAINT REMOVER INDUSTRIAL SOLVENT WITH ACIDIC CHARACTER"

“IT IS USED FOR REMOVING WATER-BASED, SOLVENT-BASED, ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATINGS, WAX AND VARNISH LAYERS FROM METAL SURFACES IN ALL KINDS OF INDUSTRIAL SECTORS.”

“IT IS ESPECIALLY EFFECTIVE IN EASILY REMOVING MULTI-LAYER PAINTS FORMED ON POWDER COATING HANGERS AND APPARATUSES BY COLD IMMERSION METHOD WITHOUT ANY HEAT APPLICATION.”

STRUCTURE
It consists of an appropriate mixture of organic solvents, organic acids, inorganic dispersants and metal protective inhibitors.

AREAS OF USE
It is used for cleaning the metal material from unwanted paint layers before the re-painting process in faulty paint applications. In addition, it is extremely effective in the practical removal of multi-storey lengths formed over time on the hanging busbars used in electrostatic powder coating facilities. In addition to paint, it is also used safely for removing wax and varnish layers from metal surfaces.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
It is a coordinated solvent-acid application. It contains metal protective inhibitors. Thanks to its structure reinforced with organic acids, it has the ability to dissolve multi-layer paints. The volatility of the product is limited. In this way, the maximum service life is obtained from the unit product.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The product is applied only by immersion method. The materials to be removed from the paint are placed in the product, which is placed in the appropriate immersion tank, and 5 - 20 minutes it is kept waiting. Paint residues that have been removed from the material by pressurized water or air are removed. The necessary protective equipment should be used against skin and eye contact at the time of use. The details are given in the product material safety data sheet (MSDS).
