PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WellTech Organophos is a high-performance, oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor formulated with organic phosphate esters and carefully selected nonionic surfactants. It is specifically designed for applications where amine-based inhibitors are not preferred, offering a safer and  more environmentally compatible alternative. The product forms a  persistent, adsorbed protective film on metal surfaces, shielding them against corrosion in both water and gas phases. Its synergistic  formulation also contributes to emulsion destabilization in hydrocarbon  production systems. Amine-free formulation based on organic phosphate technology.  Fully oil-soluble; excellent compatibility with hydrocarbon systems. Strong metal adhesion and long-lasting protective film. Stable performance under high temperature and pressure. Supports demulsification with integrated surfactant components. Effective in systems with high water cut or variable production profiles. Compatible with crude oil, condensate, and water injection processes.
APPLICATION 
Crude oil and natural gas production wells, Flowlines and pipelines (upstream & midstream), Separation and dehydration units, Storage tanks and process equipment, Water-containing multiphase environments
DOSAGE
Recommended dosage: 3 – 30 ppm (depending on fluid type, flow rate, water cut, and corrosion severity). Suitable for continuous injection or  batch treatment via chemical dosing pumps. In high water cut systems,  higher end of the dose range may be required. Compatible with demulsifier systems; may support phase separation.
COMPOSITION
Organic phosphate ester, Surfactants (enhancing film formation and demulsifying support) Hydrocarbon solvent, Stabilizers and antioxidant additives.
Note: This product does not contain amine derivatives.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
Avoid direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
Recommended storage temperature: 5–40°C.
Shelf life: 36 months in unopened packaging.
Gently agitate before use if stored for long periods.
