USAGE AREA
It is used in standby steam boilers to prevent winter and corrosion problems in boiling water, hot water and heating circuits.

TECHNİCAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Due to corrosion, punctures that may occur in boiler pipes, plumbing and radiators will bring depreciation losses along with them, and it will be a very difficult and expensive process to replace the installation in built-in systems.
• With the use of BWT 5140, this problem will disappear.
• Since 1 mm of the shell layer accumulated on the internal surfaces of the boiler, installation and radiators is known to cause about 5 - 8% fuel loss due to its structure, this accumulation is prevented by using additives in the system water and fuel losses are prevented.

DOSAGE
According to the boiler fattening water and operating characteristics, it will be determined according to the analyses performed by the company control engineers.

APPLICATION
It is used at the beginning of winter in the measurements given above. In case of water loss in a closed system, the contribution to be calculated according to the amount of water to be added should be added to the system. At the beginning of the summer season, the system water is completely drained and the new-by taking water from it and adding BWT 5140 in the above amounts, complete protection is provided during the summer season.

PACKAGING
Original Thumblock cover PE 30 – 60 – 200 kg is shaped like a canister. It maintains its stability for a period of one year in its packaging, above freezing point temperature and in closed warehouse conditions.
