STRONG OIL REMOVAL EFFECT
Procoat CS 3100 is used in combination with the degreasing additive ADD 3100 in spray phosphate lines. It is a new generation iron phosphate product that allows for fast and effective oil cleaning on metal surfaces, even in low concentration bathroom installations and low temperature applications.

EFFECTIVE IRON PHOSPHATE COATING
It reacts with iron and steel material and covers the surface with a layer of iron phosphate. Iron phosphate layer; prevents the internal corrosion of the surface after painting and coating. It increases the paint quality and service life. Iron phosphate prepares a suitable substrate for wet and powder coating. Iron phosphate coated metals can be left to stand for 1 to 12 weeks without rust Decaying, depending on seasonal conditions and humidity, before being applied to the paint.
