POWERFUL MOLD SEPARATOR

It is a powerful mold separator that can be used under high temperatures. It forms a flexible non-brittle film layer on the surface, thus showing an effective and long-lasting mold separation effect.

EASY APPLICATION SILOX

P-100 is applied practically by spraying or brushing method. It is formulated to mix with water in all proportions. In this way, it is added as a mold separator to the water reservoir of thermoforming machines that produce plastic cups and plates in particular.

IT IS ECONOMICAL

It gives effective results even when using a low amount of product. Compared to traditional mold separators, it provides more trouble-free printing and less waste. The concentrated formula allows economical use in applications where the product participates in the water reservoir.

PACKAGİNG

PE with original Thumblock cover 30 – 60 – 200 kg is shaped like a canister. The product retains its stability in its original packaging, at room temperature and under closed warehouse conditions for a period of two years.
