MOLD SEPARATOR

It is used as a mold separator in metal injection molding machines. It is developed for metals with a low melting point, such as aluminum, magnesium, zinc and zamak. It does not cause fuming and gas outflow under high temperature and pressure. By ensuring that the part is easily separated from the mold, it prevents surface errors. The perfect casting provides the top. It has a paintable structure. It does not siliconize in the paint and coating to be applied to the part after casting. It is ready for use in the structure. Thanks to the dense consistency structure, it allows the casting to be easily removed from the mold even in low quantity applications.
