PASSIVATION PRODUCT FOR STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES

It is used for surface passivation after mechanical or chemical cleaning process on stainless surfaces. Eliminates the free iron balance accumulated on the surface after mechanical processes such as sandblasting and grinding. It destroys salts that prevent the formation of a passive oxidized layer on the steel surface and cause corrosion. It removes nitrogen oxides ( NOX) released after the chemical pickling process from the surface.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For standard industrial steels, the product is diluted with water at a ratio of 1:10. For high-alloy steel surfaces (904 L, 245 SMO and super-duplex (SAF 2507)), it is recommended to use the product undiluted. The application time is calculated based on the type of steel used, surface contamination, bath temperature and the freshness of the solution in the bath.
