ALKALINE NEUTRALIZATION
Even trace amounts of acid left on the surface after the chemical pickling process can cause corrosion over time. Therefore, it is necessary to neutralize the surface effectively after the treatment. METTOXIN B-27 performs this neutralization process flawlessly.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Heavy metals that occur due to acidic application after the pickling process cannot be completely removed from the steel surface by rinsing operations with water. Over time, they cause corrosion formation again. It is necessary to remove these metals from the steel surface by providing appropriate conditions. METTOXIN B-27 provides the pH: 9’ value, which is considered the most suitable pH for the precipitation of heavy metals, and provides the removal of heavy metals from the steel surface, as well as the neutralization of acid residue.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The appropriate immersion bath is installed. The product is diluted in purified water. Before the stainless steel material is taken into the neutralization bath, the pH value must be measured and the min. pH: It should be checked that the value of 9.0 is provided.

Original Thumblock cover PE 30 – 60 – 200 kg is shaped like a canister. The product maintains its stability in its original packaging, at room temperature and under closed warehouse conditions for a period of one year.
