STRONG FORMULA
Thanks to its effective formula; it removes a micron-sized thin layer of metal from the metal surface. In this way, it provides fast and effective results in the removal of discoloration around welding seams and layers, rust and corrosion caused by heat treatment applications.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The product has a dense fluid consistency. It is practically applied to metal surfaces with pressurized sprayers. It adheres to the surface in contact with metal. It does not flow. In conditions where sufficient pressure cannot be provided, the consistency can be reduced by adding water up to 15% of the total volume of the product. Dilution with water provides ease of application. Application time is calculated depending on the type of steel used, surface contamination and temperature. After the process, cleaned metal surfaces are rinsed with plenty of water.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel is due to the chromium-rich passive oxidized layer present on the surface. The bright surface of stainless steel has the ability to self-passivize in the presence of sufficient oxygen and rich chromium. In air and aqueous media containing air, stainless steel spontaneously and continuously forms a corrosion resistant surface. This condition is permanent even under physical impact and surface scratches. Under the high heat generated during welding, the transparent passive layer thickens, changes color and tends to crust. Returning to room temperature, the steel surface is no longer corrosion resistant. With the use of METTOXIN P 13, the layer with possible chromium element reduction due to discoloration, crusting and heat application during the welding seam is removed from the steel surface.

PACKAGING
It is in the form of PE 30 kg PE drums with original locked lid. The product maintains its stability for one year in its original packaging, at room temperature and under closed storage conditions.
