POWERFUL FORMULA
Thanks to its effective formula; It allows fast and effective cleaning on tramp (Anilox) rollers. It opens the trams with a single application and helps the Anilox roller to transfer the ink it receives from the hopper roller to the printing cylinder without any problems.
In addition to roller cleaning, it is used for cleaning ink contamination on machine body surfaces and floors over time. Provides fast and effective results in the removal of water-based glue residues.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Thanks to its concentrated formula, CS 147 can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1/20 to 1/40.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Anilox rollers made of chrome or ceramic coated metal have laser engraved pores of equal depth. Over time, due to the filling of these pores (cells) with printing ink, the performance of the Anilox roller decreases and the need for cleaning arises. Especially in terms of print quality and lifetime of the Anilox roller, the importance of cleaning becomes important.
During cleaning with the need for a complete cleaning in the cells that are required in terms of performance, the sensitive cell walls and trams needs to be protected. CS 147 provides effective cleaning without damaging sensitive trams thanks to its safe formula. Thanks to its alkaline structure; There is no corrosion risk on the surfaces on which it is applied, except for metals made of aluminum.
