"PAINT REMOVER WITH ACIDIC CHARACTER"

IT IS EFFECTIVE
It is a powerful paint remover used for removing water-based solvent-based electrostatic paints from metal surfaces. With its powerful formula, it is especially effective on multi-layer paints that cannot be removed by standard methods. It gives quick results. It takes all the paint coats in a very short time.

EASY APPLICATION
The product is applied hot at 90 ° C. The bath filled with CS 210 is heated without any mixture and the parts to be removed from the paint are immersed in the bath in question. after 2-5 minutes, the parts that have been removed from the paint are removed from the bathroom. The parts removed from the CS 210 bath should be rinsed in order to prevent rust formation due to the acidic environment. There is no evaporation of the product until temperatures of 150 ºC and above. For this reason, any acid vapor outlet is out of the question at the time of use. The product must be used by temperature control in stainless steel tanks.

AREAS OF USE 
It is especially used in the application of electrostatic powder coating, for cleaning hangers, hooks and apparatus from layers of paint layers. CS 210 can only be applied HOT by immersion method. The material is filled directly into the tank to be applied without mixing with water. After application, the cleaned materials are removed from the bathroom and rinsed with water.
